Milestones of the Organization

• Initiated a number of small projects during 1991 to 1998 with support from State Government and Government of India.
   
• Initiated projects and activities related to rural sanitation in 1998 with financial support from Government of India and UNICEF.
   
• Initiated a massive project in 1999 on development of mulberry sericulture supported by World Bank in collaboration with State Government.
   
• Initiated in 2003, a major project on empowerment of fisherman community, most deprived marginalized and vulnerable community of the state, supported by DFID.
   
• Initiated a major project in 2004 on empowerment of rural poor women supported by World Bank in collaboration with Government of India and State Government.
   
• Initiated a major project in 2005 on technology transfer related to bamboo plantation supported by Government of India.
